3rd day "on the road" destination Riverton, Wyoming

Yesterday we stopped for the nite at about 8:30pm outside of Laurel, Mt  at the Park City rest stop - the name of the rest stop the night before west of Spokane was Sprague Lake rest stop.
After we stopped last night we had a bowl of cereal - we hadn't really eaten anything except some chicken sandwiches I had made for lunch.  We went to bed at 9:00pm.
Woke up at 6:30am made coffee and toast - there was a motocyclist that had slept over night in a tent and was up and getting ready to leave - Rick took him a cup of coffee that he really appreciated.  He was from Spokane, WA and was on his way to Oklahoma to see a new grandbaby.
We got cleaned up and left around 8:10 to hit the "pavement" again.
Right now we have about 60 miles to Lovell - then Greybull - then Worland(Taco Johns maybe?) then Thermopolis - Shoshoni and finally Riverton... probably won't arrive at Pat's until after lunch...

  1. Have a safe trip. I must be getting senile, I had a heck of a time figuring this out. Hope to see you in Laramie.

  2. Keep on Blogging! We started one when we went full-timing. It seemed to have gone down the sink hole in South Dakota. Might have to find it again.
